We are cutting back on stock and hatching, and have two outstanding large fowl Silkie hens surplus to needs, for sale. One is a multiple pencilled gold partridge colour, and the other is a silver & blue splash.
They are just ending their 2nd season, and have laid a nice sized tinted egg almost every day when not sitting, and are both excellent reliable experienced broodies and mothers, with almost 100% hatch rate of FERTILE eggs. Being the more unusual large fowl variety, they can comfortably sit about 10-12 L/F eggs, or up to 15 bantams.
These two ladies are used to free-ranging, and must go together. We are located near Diss for viewing, or delivery possible for fuel costs ~ £50 for the two.
